PhD positions

If you'd like to join the Alberti lab for a PhD, please get in touch with Fabrizio with your CV and stating your research interests. You can join the Alberti lab through the MIBTP programme, NERC-CENTA, a Warwick Chancellor's International scholarship, or a China Scholarship Council - University of Warwick Joint Award.

There are currently two MIBTP projects available to join the Alberti lab with application deadline 23 November 2026:

- CASE project 'Harnessing entomopathogenic fungi to enable sustainable pest control' in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Molecular Biology and Applied Ecology (Germany)
